Party Rates and Information!

Let My Sensory Celebrations help keep kids of all ages (recommended 1.5 years old - 10) entertained while also using their imaginations, developing skills, and of course, having fun at your next event! Whether it be a birthday party, a family reunion, at a preschool, school or daycare, or a neighborhood get-together, we are here to help!


HOSTED SENSORY PARTY - EITHER AT My Sensory Celebrations in SW AUSTIN or AT A PLACE OF YOUR CHOICE (Travel fees may apply depending on how far away from SW Austin you are)



At My Sensory Celebrations: $450.00 + tax for up to 20 kids (we don't recommend more than that for the best sensory experience). It will be $15.00 for each additional child over 1 year of age. 

At an Alternate Location: $500.00 + tax (same information as above). This accounts for travel time, gas, transporting materials, etc. 


What's Included in a Party Package: 1.5 hours of play date time; a theme of your choice, 4 different table set-ups (with age appropriate activities), an additional kinetic sand, playdough, or MadMattr station, and one art activity. 


If hosted at My Sensory Celebrations, use of an outdoor acrylic easel is also included.


My Sensory Celebrations will provide all materials, and do both set up and clean up outside of that 1.5 hour window.

Parents are responsible for bringing food, drink, napkins, cups, plates, etc. If the party is being held at My Sensory Celebrations, My Sensory Celebrations will offer a fridge/cooler to keep any food that is needed. We do ask that no tree nuts, peanuts or sesame be brought on our premises due to allergies.


When is My Sensory Celebrations Available for Parties?:


Saturday - mornings and/or afternoons. 

Sunday - mornings and/or afternoons.

*weekday parties can be scheduled upon special request depending on availability*


As nap times and schedules vary with kids, you would let me know what time slot/range you are hoping for, and we can figure out an option that works!


Deposit and Payment:  My Sensory Celebrations requires a non-refundable $150.00 deposit to secure the date and to order party specific materials.


Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel the party for any reason, illness, weather, etc. My Sensory Celebrations is happy to transfer that deposit to a future date.

How to Book: Email Diana at for inquiries and to check on availability. Requests should be made at least 2 weeks prior to the date of the party so My Sensory Celebrations has time to purchase and make supplies for the requested theme. If it is a theme Diana already has materials for, last minute bookings may be accommodated for. Note: parties are now booking up to 2 months in advance. 



Throw your own amazing Sensory Play Party and/or Play Date in the comfort of your own home or other venue with the help of My Sensory Celebrations! 

How do I do this? For $220.00 + tax, Diana will put together and deliver 3 ready to go sensory table set-ups as well as a play dough, MadMattr, or Kinetic Sand Play Tray.  You will have use of the tables, bins and included accessories for over 24 hours (you and Diana will set the delivery and pick-up dates and times). When your rental period is done, Diana will come and pick them up! All the fun with none of the purchasing, storing, or planning! (Additional travel fees of $30.00 apply for deliveries outside of South Austin).
