Farmer's Market Sensory Play Date

Come play at our Sensory Farmer's Market! We will have 4 "stands" set up, inspired by things you may see at different Farmer's Market as well as our outdoor acrylic easel and a take-home craft!

Class will be limited to 10 kids. Recommended ages are 1-5 years old.

The play dates take place in our backyard in Oak Hill. Our house backs up to the Greenbelt, is well shaded with trees, and provides a really peaceful setting for some sensory activities!  Make sure to have your kids dressed in play clothes, and bring a towel and a change of clothes in case they get wet (during warm weather)! 

Adult supervision is required.

Additional Notes/Instructions:

There should be plenty of parking on the street! You can enter the backyard through the gate to the left of the house when facing the house. My phone number is 619-942-1173 if you get lost or need anything.

Please let me know if there are any food allergies! As a parent to a little one with allergies, it's something I like to be mindful of when creating activities for the kids.

Last, we all know COVID is still around. The adults in my household are fully vaccinated, as is our nanny and any babysitter, house guests, etc. The event will be outside, I will have antibacterial gel for the kids and adults to use, there are a limited number of children in attendance, and there are a number of different activities so they can spread out. At this point, we are requiring that only parents/caregivers who are fully vaccinated attend with the child(ren) and all adults wear masks. I will continued to monitor the numbers and change the policies as things change (hopefully for the better)! Obviously I'd ask if your child or anyone else in your house is not feeling well, or if you have been exposed to a person confirmed to have or suspected of having COVID recently (and/or other highly contagious viruses like HFM), that you not participate in the event. I'm happy to credit your payment to a future play date! 

Cancellation Policy:

Please cancel 48 hours or more prior to the event start time for a full refund. If you cancel within 48 hours of the event time, your payment will be credited towards a future date. Just email me!

Weather Policy:

Light rain/sprinkle = class with go on! 

Heaving rain, thunder, lightening = class will be cancelled; payment for class will be credited towards a future play date. I will send an email and post on Instagram to let you know that class is canceled.
